Community Garage Sale:

• Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 8a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 8a.m. to 1 p.m.

We would like to welcome our newest members to the Kingsmill Board of Directors:

Stafford Slaughter – President;  Judy Houser – Treasurer;   James Teele – Director and Trish Myers – Director.

We would like to thank them in advance for their time and effort in the service of the Kingsmill Community.

The Kingsmill HOA needs the following positions on the Board filled:

Our bi-annual Community Garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, November 5, 2011  from 8 AM to 1 PM. The weather promises to be beautiful for this event!

Please join the Kingsmill Community in participating in the garage sale.

A vacancy for the position of President has opened.  There are also a couple of vacancies for Directors.  If you are interested in participating in making a difference in your community, please submit an application located on this website to any one of the Board members.  Please help to make Kingsmill a desirable community for future residents.  Become involved!

Please remember to attend our Bi-Annual community meeting next Tuesday, October 18 at 7:00 p.m. at CrossRoads Community Church. These are a few of the items that will be discussed:

• East and West Canals
• Park equipment
• Bank Balance
• Vacancy for the position of President
• Vacancy for Director’s position
• Front Entrance Landscaping
• Availability of the Minutes of Board meetings

Please attend this meeting and become an INFORMED member of the community. Be involved! It’s YOUR community.

The next Board of Director’s meeting will be held on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 2529 Majestic Ave.

Our bi-annual KINGSMILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm also at CrossRoads Community Church, 2436 Croton Rd. (corner of Lake Washington Rd. and Croton) Rd.

Please make an effort to attend this meeting as many issues, including  the issue of annual dues,  that will directly impact each community member will be discussed.
